LOGS

Pile of forested logs

The development wood of the nineteenth century, utilized for everything from trimmer boat poles to stockroom lumbers. Southern yellow pine is highly resistant to wear, making it suitable for decks, patios, marinas, broad-walks & other high traffic applications, especially after treatment with a preservative. Yellow Pine is the state tree of Alabama, Arkansas & North Carolina.

SYP logs are from the Pinus family and comprise of four significant species which are indistinct from each other. They are the Shortleaf Pine, Slash Pine, Longleaf Pine, and Loblolly Pine. SYP logs can be utilized in various applications including making furniture & development materials.

Southern Yellow Pine (often abbreviated SYP) doesn't refer to any one species of tree, but rather a group of species which are classified as yellow pine (as opposed to white pine), and are native to the Southern United States. They grow very well in the acidic red clay soil. Southern Pine consists of four main species — shortleaf, longleaf, loblolly, and slash — and is the preferred choice for today's design/build professionals.

We offer high quality logs with competitive prices. We export SYP logs worldwide which are grade A, SED 20-24cm, 25-29cm, 30-35cm & 36cm+, cut to desired length. We offer very competitive prices since we buy directly from the forestry managed by our company.
